Perfect Experience Map

We really, really love this free Figjam experience map, we would even call it perfect. It contains everything we feel is important in an experience map and nothing else. There's no unnecessary swimlanes, just important ones.

Included in this experience map template is one example map and a template map too.  So first you can be inspired with the example map and then you can instantly jump to building out your own experience map in seconds.

Swimlanes include: Actions, Jobs to be Done, Pain Points, Opportunties, Emotions, Actions (future state) and Concepts. Now normally we would seperate out the current state process map and the future state map, but having them combined into 1 map has its benefits too (which this template does), such as being easier for users to understand the whole current and future user experience within just one screen.

If we were to update further the only thing would be to change the color scheme a little to remove the cream red color and also adding a swimlane for 'Notes' just to provide more context for each phase of the map, other than that this is a truly invaluable template.
