There's not much to say about this Empathy Map for Figjam template, it's basic and simple but also the most exacting example of an empathy map, an extremely popular componenet of the UX process.

Now is an empathy map a vital part of the UX design process? Well it is 60% of the time, but we've found sometimes it's not required, when you're truly deep diving into each persona, in that case there's opportunities to convey the information in other ways, but as a good overview it's a fantastic resource.
