Now this isn't the prettiest or most colorful of designs but what is does do is convey a large amount of information in a clear and legible format. There really isn't much sexiness involved, but let's face it when you're job searching you're in serious mode as this is such an important part of people's lives, so they want serious professionalism when using a job search app, so it's really well tailored for it's task.
