Well this is exciting, WIndows have released their latest set of components to the Figma community and it's the official Windows Design System! They call it Fluent iOS 2 and it includes all the components you require to build your own Microsoft Windows stlyed interfaces.
Compared to Apple's Figma Design System templates, this Windows Design System is considerably better structured. Apple's Design System was almost scary in how complicated and dense with information it appeared whereas this system can be understood with just a glance. The 'Design Tokens' page should be what you review first and then all components afterwards.
Included in this free Figma Windows Design System are components for buttons, avatars, navigation, progress, text fields and tooltips. It isn't comprehensive as it's still a work in progress, but enough for you to create complete designs with ease.
