If you're looking for ways to improve this design, we actually recommend leaving the general structure and layout as it is, but updating the color scheme from green to vibrant blues or a maroon, or subtle gradients. The fonts could also be updated to be a little more modern and the large rounded edges could be reduced slightly to add some professionalism and a slightly more mature look.
