Here we have the Microsoft Teams UI kit which contains not only all the main components you need to make Microsoft Teams styled apps but also all the guidelines, layouts and thought processes involved in making Teams applications.

Included are Microsoft Teams components of avatars, icons, typography, colors and elevations.  Also included are full app layouts that include all elements in fully editable vector format. You're basically looking at every screen of the app but you can edit each screen element down to the pixel.
